Processing & dispatch

In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Pre-order items

Some items are available for pre-order ahead of their official release or arrival from our suppliers.

The estimated arrival date for any pre-order item is stated in that product's description — please check this before ordering
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they arrive with us
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, please contact us if you'd like these shipped separately — otherwise, the full order will ship together once all items are available

Delays outside our control

Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are provided by Funko and our other suppliers, and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Funko or any other supplier, including manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or changes to release dates. We'll keep you updated with any known changes as soon as we're made aware of them.

Shipping rates & regions

UK: Free shipping on orders over £50. Order's under £50 will have a £3.99 shipping fee.
EU: Shipping starts at £20 but may increase depending on items ordered & total weight of the cart.
International: Shipping fee starts at £50 but may increase depending on items ordered & total weight of the cart.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK: Standard delivery 3-6 days. Express delivery 2-5 days.
International: 5-16 days. These are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order (or the relevant part of a pre-order) has been dispatched.

Customs & import charges (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your item, or your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@astralcollectibles.com within 14 days and we'll help investigate with the courier.
