How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days. International orders usually take 7-14 working days depending on destination, customs, and courier.
Are your Funko Pops authentic?
Yes. Every item we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from licensed distributors and trusted wholesalers. We do not sell bootlegs or unofficial reproductions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What condition are the boxes in?
Unless listed as "Mint" or "Near Mint", most Pops may show minor shelf or box wear from transit, which is normal for collectibles. We photograph and describe any notable damage on the product page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Do you offer pop protectors?
Most of our exclusive and limited-edition Pops come with a 0.5mm pop protector included. Check the individual product page for details.
How do I know if a Pop is a limited edition or grail?
Limited edition, chase, and grail items are clearly labelled in the product title and description, including piece count where available (e.g. "9500 pcs").
Do you offer combined shipping on multiple items?
Yes, shipping is automatically combined at checkout when you order multiple items in one transaction.
